First we need to open up two photos to blend together.

Here is the first image:

Then open your second image, and then pass it into your canvas.

This is the image i used:

Now, click on the second image, and lets choose:

Commands/Creative/Fade Image

Depending on how you want your image to be faded you can choose

one of eight following fade presets:
